VIRTUAL HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEM AND USE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to the technical field of information. Disclosed are a virtual human resource system and a use method thereof. An information acquisition module is used to acquire employee information and post information; a simulation module is used to simulate, according to the post information and the employee information, the situation that an employee completes various job duties of a post; an analysis module is used to obtain a human resource model by means of matching according to the post information, analyze human resource requirements of the post by means of the human resource model, the job duties, job objectives and working conditions, and provide evaluation results in different evaluation dimensions according to the employee information and the working simulation result so as to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result. According to the present invention, the metaverse technology is applied to a human resource management process, the matching degree between an employee and a post is evaluated, the result of the employee completing various duties of the post is simulated, and an evaluation result is objectively given in multiple dimensions, so that a user can better carry out human resource management by means of the virtual human resource system, and the efficiency and accuracy of human resource management are improved.
