Dehumidification, Anti-haze, Heat Insulation Nano Composite Gauze Structure
This invention is a high-tech "Nano-composite gauze" for windows and ventilation systems. Unlike ordinary screens that only block insects, it features a three-layer nano-coating on a PET mesh substrate to filter fine dust (PM2.5), dehumidify air, and insulate heat simultaneously. It is self-cleaning and significantly improves indoor air quality while reducing energy costs.
Traditional window screens only block insects, failing to stop haze or PM2.5 particles. In humid environments, outdoor moisture enters freely, increasing the load on dehumidifiers. Moreover, standard screens offer no heat insulation, leading to solar heat gain in summer. This invention solves the triple challenge of air pollution, high humidity, and heat transfer, allowing for ventilation without compromising indoor air quality or energy efficiency.
The solution employs a 3-layer nano-composite structure: an outer super-hydrophobic coating for self-cleaning; a middle layer using MOF/Graphene and PTFE membrane to filter over 90% of PM2.5 and capture moisture; and an inner layer combining Low-E film and Phase Change Materials (PCM) to reflect heat radiation and regulate indoor temperatures.
The major flaw in prior art is "functional isolation." Current anti-haze screens often suffer from poor breathability and lack thermal management, while insulation films prevent open-window ventilation. This invention overcomes these flaws by providing multi-functional environmental protection while maintaining airflow, transforming passive screens into smart, adaptive environmental interfaces.
- 90% filtration rate: Effectively blocks PM2.5.
- Three-layer synergistic effect: Self-cleaning, dehumidification, and heat insulation in one integrated solution.
- Superhydrophobic: Contact angle greater than 150°, rainwater self-cleansing, dust-free.
- Energy saving and consumption reduction: Reduces the frequency of indoor air conditioning and dehumidifier operation.
